MY STORY

My journey with kimono began after a working holiday in Australia, I grew proud of my Japanese heritage. Following that experience, I strongly felt that I wanted to pursue a career where I could take advantage of being Japanese, and that desire to become a kimono dresser grew even stronger.

In Kyoto Japan, I spent most of my time surrounded by kimono, both in the rental shop and at a kimono recycling shop, where I gained a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship and the beauty of kimonos.

Now, I have a bigger dream: to share the beauty and tradition of kimono with the world, starting with Australia. I’m passionate about introducing kimono culture abroad and helping people experience the elegance and history of Japanese fashion. My goal is to continue evolving as a kimono specialist and to make kimono more accessible and appreciated globally.
